This is wrecking havoc on our lives and changing everything as we know it. When you purchase your event invitation and announcements from our site, www.antondesigncompany.com, or our Etsy Shop, www.antondigitaldesigns.etsy.com if your event should cancel or postpone we are here to help. We're offering FREE adjustments to your invitations or announcements.
Which products are eligible for this policy?
Our templates are always adjustable at home. Which is what makes them so perfect. If you need to change the date or venue, simply make the change in your documents and print new ones.
Our made to order, digital invitations/announcements are also eligible for adjustments if your event date or venue changes.
How can I get my invitations adjusted?
Just reach out to us at email@example.com with your order number and the information that you need adjusted. Upon verification that your purchase qualifies for adjustments, we'll make any adjustments necessary to the date and/or venue and send any files to your email address.
Is there a time limit/time restrictions for my event to qualify?
Unlike other sites, we plan on keeping this policy around for the long haul. You must contact us within a year from purchase for your event to qualify for an adjustment and your event must have been canceled or postponed prior to the date previously listed.
Does this policy cover my printed invitations?
No this does not cover printed invitations as they have been made for you for your event and cannot be returned.
